General

The raccoon is active during night-time, lives in leaf- and mixed forests and also open landscape. It searches for food along water-courses, seas and coasts. The raccoon is an omnivore with for example, berries, eggs, birds and fish as its food. The body length is 60-80 cm and its weight is 4-7 kg. The raccoon is inactive during the winter times of the year. A litter consists of 5-10 puppies.

User

Set the trap by opening the trap-hatch and put in the bait. Push out the lock on both sides and open the hatch. Thread the trap mechanism under the parallel of the hatch. The trap shuts when the raccoon steps on the pedal inside the trap. The raccoon-trap also catches farming foxes and wildcats.
